Job Overview

We are seeking an Entra ID IAM Engineer to design, implement, and administer Microsoft Entra ID environments for enterprise identity and access management requirements. This contract opportunity is suited to an identity and security professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, access controls, authentication, identity governance, and privileged access management.

The successful candidate will manage core identity services including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). The role will also involve integrating enterprise and SaaS applications using modern identity protocols and implementing identity lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
• Configure and monitor Microsoft Entra Identity Protection capabilities.
• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across enterprise environments.
• Implement and administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Configure Identity Governance and access management processes.
• Manage Access Reviews and Entitlement Management.
• Implement identity lifecycle management processes.
• Integrate enterprise and SaaS applications with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure authentication and authorization using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles across identity and access environments.
• Apply least-privilege access principles to enterprise resources.
• Support identity security, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, and application integration issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and IT teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience administering enterprise identity environments.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Hands-on experience implementing Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Experience with Identity Governance, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management processes.
• Experience integrating enterprise and SaaS applications with Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Practical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams.
• Microsoft identity and security certifications are advantageous for continued professional development.
