Job Overview

A highly reputable power Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is seeking an experienced Head of Communications to lead and execute strategic internal and external communications activities in Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for a senior communications professional with substantial experience across marketing, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving, managing, and executing communications initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic communications plan. Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in marketing, internal communications, and external communications.
• Proven experience in a senior communications or corporate communications role.
• Strong understanding of internal and external communications strategies.
• Experience developing and executing strategic communications plans.
• Strong marketing and corporate communication capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong organizational abilities.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience within the power, energy, engineering, or OEM sector would be advantageous.
