Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the position and may include:

• Develop and deliver high-quality interior design concepts and technical design solutions.
• Support luxury hotel and branded residential interior design projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, documentation, and design packages.
• Develop CAD and Revit drawings and models according to project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional experience within an interior design studio is required.
• Relevant experience in luxury hotel and/or branded residential projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and project delivery.
• Relevant experience according to the selected position.
• Strong technical design and documentation skills for technical roles.
• Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit for relevant positions.
• Strong 3D visualization skills for 3D Visualiser positions.
• Strong design coordination and project management capabilities for relevant roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within demanding project environments.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A strong professional portfolio is required.
