A technology-focused organization is seeking an experienced EBS Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HRMS and PL/SQL development for a contract opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is suitable for professionals with strong Oracle EBS R12 and HRMS expertise who can combine technical development capabilities with functional knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll modules.

The successful candidate will work with Oracle EBS R12, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Database, HRMS data models, reports, interfaces, concurrent programs, APIs, and related Oracle technologies. Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll processes is essential for supporting technical and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PL/SQL and SQL solutions within Oracle EBS environments.
• Work with Oracle EBS R12, preferably R12.2.x.
• Develop and customize reports using Oracle Reports and XML/BI Publisher.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, concurrent programs, and APIs.
• Work with Oracle HRMS data models and database tables.
• Support Core HR modules, including Organization, People, Positions, and related functionality.
• Work with Payroll processes, fast formulas, payroll processing, and costing.
• Support Workflow, AME, and HRMS Self-Service modules.
• Perform technical and functional analysis of business requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and ongoing system improvements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.
• Apply Oracle development and HRMS best practices throughout project activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS/HRMS and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12, preferably R12.2.x.
• Experience developing custom reports using Oracle Reports and XML/BI Publisher.
• Experience with interfaces, concurrent programs, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Core HR modules, including Organization, People, and Positions.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll, including fast formulas, payroll processes, and costing.
• Experience working with HRMS data models and tables.
• Knowledge of Workflow, AME, and HRMS Self-Service modules.
• Knowledge of Forms Personalization and OAF is an advantage.
• Oracle EBS/HRMS certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid IQAMA is strictly required.
