Job Overview

Anotech is building a supervisory team for an FPSO project in Qidong, China, and is seeking experienced professionals across piping, electrical, structural, and HSSE disciplines. These site-based positions are designed for professionals with relevant field supervision experience and strong technical knowledge within their respective disciplines.

The successful candidates will contribute to the execution and supervision of FPSO project activities at the Qidong site. The roles require professionals who can operate effectively in a site-based project environment and communicate fluently in Chinese to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Piping Supervisor

• Supervise piping construction and installation activities at the FPSO project site.
• Coordinate daily piping work with contractors, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
• Review piping activities and identify technical or construction issues.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain site progress records and communicate operational updates.

Electrical Supervisor

• Supervise electrical installation and construction activities.
• Coordinate electrical work with contractors and other project disciplines.
• Monitor installation quality and progress against project requirements.
• Identify and resolve electrical construction issues.
• Ensure electrical activities comply with project specifications and safety procedures.
• Provide regular site updates and support project coordination.

Structural Supervisor

• Supervise structural fabrication, installation, and construction activities.
• Monitor structural work for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate structural activities with engineering, construction, and contractor teams.
• Monitor work progress and identify technical or quality concerns.
• Ensure structural activities are conducted safely and according to project requirements.
• Maintain relevant site documentation and progress reports.

Site HSSE Supervisor

• Supervise HSSE activities across the FPSO project site.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive safety measures.
• Promote safe working practices among project personnel and contractors.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and HSSE documentation.
• Coordinate HSSE activities with project management and site teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant site-based experience in the respective discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience within piping, electrical, structural, or HSSE activities.
• Strong understanding of discipline-specific construction and site operations.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• Candidates currently based in China are encouraged to apply.
