Job Overview

HAMF Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Directional Driller (DD) to support drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Execute directional drilling operations safely and efficiently in accordance with approved drilling programs.
• Operate and apply directional drilling technologies, including Motors and Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS).
• Monitor drilling parameters and directional performance during field operations.
• Make appropriate technical decisions to maintain well trajectory and operational objectives.
• Support the optimization of drilling performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot directional drilling and equipment-related challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with drilling crews, engineers, supervisors, and other field personnel.
• Ensure directional drilling activities comply with QHSE requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational and technical documentation.
• Provide relevant operational reports and updates to the drilling team.
• Support continuous improvement of directional drilling practices and field performance.
• Work effectively in high-pressure field environments while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Directional Driller.
• Proven technical competency with both Motors and Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) is mandatory.
• Strong experience in onshore drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of directional drilling principles and field procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.
• Strong commitment to QHSE standards and operational excellence.
