Job Overview

HAMF Energy Services is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and is seeking an experienced Surface Well Test Supervisor to support its well testing operations. The position is designed for an experienced oil and gas professional with extensive Surface Well Testing experience and a proven record of supervising field operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and supervising Surface Well Testing activities while maintaining high standards of operational safety, performance, communication, and reporting. The role requires at least 10 years of overall Surface Well Testing experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Surface Well Testing operations in accordance with approved procedures and operational requirements.
• Lead field teams and coordinate daily well testing activities.
• Ensure Surface Well Testing equipment and operations are prepared and executed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor daily operational activities and address field issues when required.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to well testing personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with field teams, clients, and relevant operational stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate daily operations reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Promote safe working practices throughout Surface Well Testing operations.
• Identify and address operational risks and field-related challenges.
• Support equipment readiness, operational planning, and field coordination.
• Monitor operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure work activities are completed according to project requirements and safety expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Surface Well Testing (SWT).
• Minimum 2 years of proven supervisory experience in Surface Well Testing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Surface Well Testing operations.
• Previous experience leading field teams and supervising daily operations.
• Valid industry safety certifications.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong daily operations reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong field-based problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding oil and gas environments.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to operational safety and industry best practices.
