Job Overview

3Lines is seeking two Technical Design Engineers with an architectural engineering background to join its growing team in Egypt. The role is suited to architectural professionals with approximately three years of experience and strong technical design capabilities.

The successful candidates will contribute to architectural and technical design projects using Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max. The position requires a strong understanding of architectural design workflows, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support architectural technical design work for assigned projects.
• Prepare and develop architectural drawings and technical design documentation.
• Use Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling and technical design requirements.
• Use 3ds Max for architectural visualization and design presentation where required.
• Coordinate architectural design information with project team members.
• Review drawings and design information for accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development and refinement of architectural design solutions.
• Maintain organized project drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to project deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Strong technical architectural design skills.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional attitude and commitment to project requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates residing in 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed are preferred.
