Stacko Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled and automation-focused DevOps & Cloud Engineer to join its remote technology team. The role will focus on managing cloud infrastructure, servers, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, monitoring, and system reliability across modern cloud and DevOps ecosystems.

The successful candidate will work with technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Linux, Nginx, Terraform, and Git. The position requires a strong understanding of infrastructure automation, deployment processes, cloud operations, system monitoring, and reliable production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Administer servers and Linux-based infrastructure.
• Manage application deployments and hosting environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Manage container orchestration environments using Kubernetes.
• Configure and maintain GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, servers, and system performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and system reliability issues.
• Configure and maintain Nginx and related web server environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Manage source code and version control using Git.
• Improve deployment reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support cloud security, infrastructure availability, and system performance.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of DevOps processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing cloud environments such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with server administration and Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Git and version-control workflows.
• Experience with Nginx and web server configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and system reliability practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of cloud deployment and hosting environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
