Key Responsibilities

• Supervise coating quality control activities throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco project specifications and standards.
• Monitor QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Oversee surface preparation and coating application activities.
• Conduct coating inspections and quality verification.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and project teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor coating performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial painting and blasting projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco JCC Approval (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques.
• Experience with industrial coating systems.
• Thorough understanding of QA/QC requirements.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and industrial safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
