Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, activate, and update licensed software.
• Manage and maintain SAN and NAS storage devices.
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on surveillance camera systems.
• Install and maintain network cabling and technical wiring.
• Support low-voltage electrical and communication cabling installations.
• Maintain networking equipment and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and network-related issues.
• Assist in improving the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous experience in IT support or technical support roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Experience with technical wiring and structured cabling.
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS storage systems.
• Experience maintaining surveillance camera (CCTV) systems.
