Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks.
• Build end-to-end automated test solutions using Playwright.
• Perform UI, API, and backend automation testing.
• Validate event-driven architectures, including Kafka-based workflows.
• Ensure data integrity across distributed microservices.
• Perform AI and LLM application testing.
• Evaluate Generative AI (GenAI) outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain prompt validation datasets.
• Utilize AI evaluation tools such as Ragas and LangSmith.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Develop automated regression and functional test suites.
• Support CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve test reliability.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks with Playwright.
• Experience in UI and API automation testing.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and distributed microservices.
• Experience validating Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
• Experience testing AI-driven applications and LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with GenAI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience using Ragas, LangSmith, or similar AI evaluation tools.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
