Takara is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join its expanding team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen vendor partnerships, and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to maintain an efficient and reliable supply chain. You will also leverage procurement analytics and inventory management systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for premium local and international food suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard qualified vendors for high-quality ingredients and products.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring supplier performance and compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure food safety, quality, and timely delivery standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Restaurant Managers to forecast purchasing requirements and prevent product shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize procurement and inventory management systems to analyze purchasing trends, inventory cycles, waste metrics, and spending.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing to maximize value while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports and recommend process improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or Senior Procurement Specialist within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Restaurant industry.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, procurement strategy, and supply chain management.
• Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama.
