Linnk Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a leading banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a yearly renewable contract. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end technology projects involving data validation, reporting, and business process improvements. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects focused on data validation, reporting, and business transformation.
• Gather business requirements and prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
• Produce and maintain technical, functional, and business project documentation.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and project status updates.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Support business analysis, reporting, and ad hoc project initiatives.
• Design clear, professional project reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate multiple project activities while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with strong Technical Project Management expertise.
• Mandatory experience within the Banking or BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial technology.
• Experience managing data validation, reporting, and business analysis initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Alteryx, and Danilo.
• Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Proven experience managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative approach to developing executive presentations and project deliverables.
