Job Overview

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced K2 Developer to join a client project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for software professionals with expertise in K2 Five, workflow automation, and enterprise application development. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.

As a K2 Developer, you will develop SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow solutions, integrate enterprise applications, and contribute to workflow modernization projects, including Nintex to K2 migrations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using K2 Five (On-Prem).
• Develop and customize SmartForms and SmartObjects.
• Design and implement automated K2 workflows.
• Build and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Integrate K2 solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Support workflow automation and business process optimization initiatives.
• Participate in Nintex to K2 migration projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing workflow applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, security, scalability, and compliance with development standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in K2 development.
• Strong expertise in K2 Five (On-Prem).
• Hands-on experience with SmartForms and SmartObjects.
• Strong knowledge of K2 Workflow development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL.
• Experience with workflow automation and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience in Nintex to K2 migration projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow governance and digital transformation initiatives.
