Job Overview

Anotech is expanding its engineering team and is seeking experienced Senior Offshore Structural Engineers and Offshore Structural Engineers to support major offshore oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. These full-time opportunities are ideal for engineering professionals with extensive offshore structural design experience and a strong understanding of industry standards, offshore facilities, and EPC project execution.

Successful candidates will contribute to the engineering, design, and analysis of offshore structures, including jackets, topsides, modules, bridges, risers, and other offshore steel structures. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will support complex FEED, EPC, and EPIC projects while ensuring compliance with international offshore engineering standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering design and analysis for offshore oil and gas facilities.
• Design and evaluate offshore jackets, topsides, modules, bridges, risers, and steel structures.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical documentation, and structural reports.
• Ensure compliance with offshore engineering codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams throughout project execution.
• Support FEED, EPC, and EPIC offshore engineering projects.
• Review structural integrity and recommend engineering improvements where required.
• Utilize structural analysis software for engineering calculations and design validation.
• Participate in technical reviews, design coordination meetings, and project planning activities.
• Support timely project delivery while maintaining engineering quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven experience in offshore structural engineering and design.
• Strong expertise in the design and analysis of:
  • Jackets
  • Topsides
  • Modules
  • Bridges
  • Risers
  • Offshore steel structures
• Strong knowledge of offshore engineering design codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software is considered an advantage.
• Experience supporting FEED, EPC, or EPIC offshore projects.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant engineering certifications and continuous professional development are considered an advantage.
