Tech ECS Limited is expanding its Oracle practice in the United Arab Emirates and is seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical / OAF Developer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for Oracle professionals with extensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Application Framework (OAF), enterprise integrations, and custom Oracle application development.

The successful candidate will develop, customize, and support enterprise Oracle EBS solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
• Build Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
• Develop solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, XML Publisher, and RICEW components.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Workflow processes and Concurrent Programs.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 environments.
• Work across Finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including Purchasing (PO), Inventory, and iProcurement.
• Participate in system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), including custom development, extensions, and personalization.
• Expertise in:
  • PL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms
  • Oracle Reports
  • BI Publisher
  • XML Publisher
  • RICEW components
• Experience with Oracle Workflow, Concurrent Programs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong experience supporting Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.
• Experience with Finance modules (AP, AR, GL).
• Experience with SCM modules (PO, Inventory, iProcurement).
• Experience with Oracle Projects (PA) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
