The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing piping layouts, creating accurate 3D models, interpreting engineering documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary engineering projects across industries including Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Food & Consumer Products, and Utilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed piping layouts and engineering drawings.
• Create accurate 3D piping models using Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), piping specifications, and technical drawings.
• Prepare piping routing and equipment layout designs.
• Design piping supports in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Review and optimize piping designs for constructability and efficiency.
• Resolve technical design issues and provide engineering support.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and project deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or
• Graduate in a non-engineering discipline with a recognized Piping Design & Drafting certification from a reputed institute.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in piping design and drafting.
• Candidates with a notice period of 30 days are preferred.
