An exciting full-time opportunity is available for an experienced HR Officer – Organizational Development to join a dynamic Human Resources team in Jordan. As an HR Officer specializing in Organizational Development, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to strengthen organizational structures, competency frameworks, and employee development strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions through comprehensive job analysis.
- Design, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
- Conduct job evaluation and organizational design activities.
- Maintain organizational structures, competency frameworks, and career paths.
- Review and update the Delegation of Authority (DOA) Matrix.
- Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in HR digital transformation and process optimization projects.
- Coordinate employee affairs, payroll support, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related Human Resources function.
- Hands-on experience with job analysis, job descriptions, organizational structures, and HR policies.
- Experience with HRIS, workforce planning, and HR reporting is highly preferred.
- Experience working within a holding company or multi-company environment is considered an advantage.
Preferred Certifications
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- CIPD Level 5 or above
