Kent, a global leader in integrated engineering and project management services, is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Instructor to support a major education and training project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive expertise in scaffolding operations, workplace safety, and technical training who are passionate about developing a skilled workforce.

As a Scaffolding Instructor, you will deliver both classroom-based and practical hands-on training to learners while ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and practical training on scaffolding operations and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective technical training sessions and competency assessments.
  • Ensure training complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate safe scaffolding practices through hands-on instruction.
  • Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous learning environment.
  • Support workforce competency development through structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve training objectives.
  • Ensure all training materials remain current with industry best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in scaffolding operations and safety.
  • Previous experience as a Scaffolding Instructor or Trainer.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISRS, OSHA, or Train the Trainer are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) or vocational training is preferred.
  • GCC or Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred.
  • Previous Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver both classroom instruction and practical hands-on training.
  • Passion for developing technical skills and improving workforce competency.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and industry certification.
