Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking and Reservation domain to join a leading technology project in Abu Dhabi. This onsite role is ideal for quality assurance professionals with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, automation testing using Selenium Java, and end-to-end airline booking systems. The successful candidate will validate CRM workflows, integrations, and customer booking journeys while working closely with onsite and offshore teams.

As an MS Dynamics CRM Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, airline reservation systems, APIs, and automation frameworks. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows, including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check-in, loyalty programs, ancillary services, cancellations, and customer service modules.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and automation test suites.
• Test CRM integrations with airline booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Perform API testing using Postman and REST clients.
• Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and distributed onsite/offshore teams.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production release validation, and automation regression testing.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Strong experience in Airline Booking and Reservation systems.
