Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Build AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and enterprise AI models.
• Design and execute AI testing strategies covering models, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.
• Perform LLM evaluation, validation, prompt testing, performance testing, regression testing, integration testing, security testing, and bias evaluation.
• Establish automated AI testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, monitoring processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with airline business processes.
• Support Responsible AI implementation, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Continuously optimize AI models and enterprise AI applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Generative AI and AI application development.
