Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for MEP products and project materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare procurement documentation and purchase orders.
• Monitor material availability and procurement schedules.
• Utilize SAP software for procurement and inventory management.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement reports.
• Support contract compliance and procurement process improvements.
• Ensure procurement activities align with project specifications and organizational policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

Senior Procurement Engineer

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Junior Procurement Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Experience in MEP products procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP software.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Understanding of engineering and construction procurement practices.

Preferred Experience

• Gulf experience is preferred.

Soft Skills

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
