Job Overview

Azhar Holding Company is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, governance, and strategic financial management across its diverse business portfolio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, project cost control, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis while supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans across all business sectors.
  • Oversee project budgeting and cost control for construction and real estate projects.
  • Manage company-wide cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS, including IFRS 15.
  • Manage progress billing and percentage-of-completion accounting.
  • Lead financial feasibility studies, including ROI, IRR, and NPV analysis.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation across construction, education, manufacturing, and real estate business units.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
  • Ensure compliance with ZATCA, Zakat, GOSI, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and statutory financial reporting.
  • Supervise payroll, end-of-service benefits, and employee-related financial obligations.
  • Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and loan structures.
  • Oversee ERP financial modules, including Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Monitor project profitability, financial risks, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.

Professional Certifications

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
  • Equivalent professional finance certification

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of financial management experience.
  • Experience across multiple industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and education, is preferred.
  • Strong experience in project and contract financial management.
