A leading banking project in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Lead – Java & Cloud to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Java and cloud-native applications.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Java EE technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Build and manage AWS cloud solutions using serverless services and cloud-native technologies.
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes and Docker-based containerized applications.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Design secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and enterprise authentication frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable database solutions using MongoDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for enterprise applications.
• Lead Agile software development teams and provide technical mentorship.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise banking solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software quality, security, and performance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 10–12 years of Java and Java EE development experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale software development projects.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
