Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, email systems, and user accounts.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business software.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and maintain network security.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system health, updates, and software licensing compliance.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Support network infrastructure, including VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP networking.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience.
