A Tier One main contractor is seeking an experienced General Manager – Building Construction to lead the successful delivery of major building, mixed-use development, and commercial tower projects across Dubai and Riyadh. This senior leadership opportunity is designed for accomplished construction professionals with extensive experience managing large-scale civil building projects within leading contracting organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major building, mixed-use, and commercial tower construction projects.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project directors, operations teams, and senior construction professionals.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive leadership across construction operations in Dubai and Riyadh.
• Support business growth through effective project delivery and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop senior project management teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale civil building projects with Tier One or leading contractors.
• Experience leading complex commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise building developments.
• Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work across Dubai and Riyadh.
• Available to join within 2 months.
• Native English speakers are preferred; strong Arabic-speaking candidates are also encouraged to apply.
