Job Overview

An organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12.2.11 PL/SQL & SOA Integration Developer to join its on-site team in Riyadh. This is a six-month extendable contract opportunity designed for senior Oracle professionals with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, and Oracle SOA Suite integrations. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama and be available for immediate joining.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Oracle EBS applications while ensuring high-quality database performance and reliable system integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.11 technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and concurrent programs.
• Build and maintain Oracle EBS public API integrations, interface tables, staging tables, and custom integrations.
• Expose Oracle EBS and PL/SQL functionality through Oracle SOA Suite using SOAP and REST web services.
• Develop and support SOA components including BPEL, Mediator, XML, XSD, WSDL, Oracle Adapters, and Integrated SOA Gateway.
• Compile, deploy, validate, and troubleshoot PL/SQL packages and database objects.
• Resolve compilation errors, invalid database objects, grants, synonyms, dependencies, locking issues, and SQL performance bottlenecks.
• Perform routine database maintenance related to custom integrations, deployment validation, log purging, staging-table housekeeping, and development backups.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver integration solutions within project timelines.
• Maintain compliance with development standards in controlled or air-gapped environments where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.11.
• Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS public APIs, interface tables, and custom integrations.
• Strong Oracle SOA Suite integration experience using SOAP and REST services.
• Working knowledge of BPEL, Mediator, XML, XSD, WSDL, Oracle Adapters, and Integrated SOA Gateway.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in controlled or air-gapped environments is preferred.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
