Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter.
• Build and optimize scalable data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support enterprise data workflows.
• Perform data extraction, migration, transformation, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver data integration solutions.
• Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex data integration challenges.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution planning.
• Maintain technical documentation and ETL best practices.
• Support enterprise banking data initiatives and modernization projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with ETL Informatica development.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data extraction and integration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and ETL best practices.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise databases and data pipelines.
• Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Informatica, cloud, or data engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
• Candidates must be eligible to work as W2 employees.
