Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing SaaS applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based software solutions.
• Develop enterprise applications using .NET and C#.
• Design and optimize SQL databases, data models, and data architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern software solutions.
• Modernize legacy applications using cloud-native technologies.
• Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms where applicable.
• Ensure software quality through best coding practices, testing, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • .NET / C#
  • JavaScript
  • SQL
  • Data Warehousing
  • Data Modeling
  • Data Architecture
  • Customer-facing SaaS application development
  • Cloud-based application development (Azure preferred)
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance enterprise software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Claude and AI-powered chatbots.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Microsoft Azure cloud expertise.
• Experience with legacy application modernization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow application development.
• Experience designing enterprise software architecture and large-scale codebases.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure, AI, cloud, or software engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
