Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Manager – Cloud Learning Programs to join a leading client in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in Arabic and English who have extensive experience managing enterprise learning programs, stakeholder engagement, cloud training initiatives, and strategic program execution. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.

The successful candidate will serve as the central coordinator between the customer, Cloud Learning Lead (CLL), Order Fulfillment Operations (OFO), Sales, Professional Services Organization (PSO), and Cloud Authorized Training Partners (ATP). The role focuses on program governance, operational excellence, reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful execution of cloud learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful execution of enterprise cloud learning programs.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between customers, Cloud Learning Leads (CLL), ATPs, OFO, Sales, and PSO teams.
• Monitor overall program health and ensure timely delivery of scheduled learning activities.
• Track confirmed training sessions and provide weekly operational oversight.
• Prepare and distribute Weekly Learning Program Updates and Weekly Reports to all program stakeholders.
• Communicate program progress, achievements, upcoming training activities, and key focus areas.
• Analyze program performance and provide reporting-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support quarterly planning and future program optimization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with training policies, standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting, and executive status updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Education, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing enterprise cloud learning or training programs.
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and training partners.
• Excellent reporting, planning, and program monitoring skills.
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Candidates currently located in Saudi Arabia with a maximum notice period of 30 days are preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Cloud certifications, or Learning & Development certifications are considered an advantage.
