Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify business needs and solution requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support vendor solution validation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and solution verification.
• Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Expertise in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Experience writing user stories and maintaining traceability matrices.
• Experience supporting vendor solution validation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Candidates currently located in Saudi Arabia with a short notice period are preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
