Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CASA products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational and customer needs.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure business requirements align with retail banking objectives and Core Banking capabilities.

• Support project implementation, testing, and post-deployment activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Retail Banking.
• Strong expertise in Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) products.
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Practical experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
