GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CO. LLC is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its construction team in Dubai, UAE. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and supporting commercial project activities. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform cost estimation and budget analysis for construction projects.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Support variation orders, claims, and final account preparation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying practices and construction documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
