Job Overview

A leading client is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Cloud to oversee the successful execution of enterprise cloud learning initiatives in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English and is ideal for professionals with strong program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and reporting expertise. Candidates who are currently based in Saudi Arabia and available to join within 30 days are highly preferred.

The Program Manager will act as the central coordinator between the customer, Cloud Learning Lead (CLL), Order Fulfillment Operations (OFO), Sales, Professional Services Organization (PSO), and the Cloud Authorized Training Partner (ATP). Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of enterprise cloud learning programs.
• Monitor overall program health and ensure successful delivery of scheduled training initiatives.
• Coordinate with Cloud Learning Lead (CLL), OFO, Sales, PSO, customers, and Authorized Training Partners.
• Prepare and distribute weekly learning program updates and stakeholder status reports.
• Track confirmed training sessions and communicate delivery progress.
• Provide reporting insights to support quarterly planning and continuous program improvement.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational training policies and operational standards.
• Identify program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning for future cloud learning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise cloud or technology programs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
