Job Overview

Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Airline Operations to join its onsite team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in airline operations, business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, optimize operational processes, and support digital transformation initiatives within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with airline operations stakeholders to understand operational needs.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support RFI and RFP documentation and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work closely with Agile development teams throughout project delivery.
• Utilize Jira to manage requirements, workflows, and project progress.
• Assist in improving operational processes across airline business functions.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in Airline Operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of:
