We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Dewatering & Piling to join our team for ongoing infrastructure projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dewatering and piling operations on infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate site activities involving shoring, excavation support, and foundation works.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report site performance.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and daily site reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in dewatering and piling works.
• Mandatory experience working on Dubai infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
