Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in Chiller Plants and Package Units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Install and commission HVAC equipment according to technical standards.
• Ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• Experience with Chiller Plants and Package Units is mandatory.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.

Certifications

• Relevant HVAC or refrigeration certifications are an advantage.
• Professional development and technical training are preferred.

Technical Skills

• Chiller Plant maintenance.
• Package Unit installation and servicing.
• HVAC troubleshooting.
