Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Lead overall execution of SECCO Substation projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and client coordination.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Site Manager

• Manage daily construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.

Site Engineer – Electrical

• Supervise electrical installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications and standards.

Site Engineer – Civil

• Oversee civil construction activities.
• Ensure quality execution according to engineering drawings.
• Coordinate contractors and construction resources.

QA/QC Electrical Engineer

• Conduct inspections and prepare quality documentation.

QA/QC Civil Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for engineering and management positions.
• Relevant diploma or equivalent qualification for Foreman and Administrator positions.

• Site Engineer – Civil: 8 years

Certifications
