Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology team in McLean, Virginia. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects to analyze business requirements, evaluate complex data, and support enterprise technology initiatives. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into functional solutions while ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake.
- Analyze complex database structures and enterprise data models.
- Support system architecture discussions and solution planning.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation.
- Validate data quality, business rules, and system functionality.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams during project execution.
- Participate in production deployments and post-deployment validation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Communicate project updates and business requirements effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- 14+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working in enterprise technology environments.
- Local candidates only.
- Must be available for an in-person (Face-to-Face) interview.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during production deployments.
