Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise applications within the investment domain. This hybrid opportunity is available in Frisco, Texas or Iselin, New Jersey, making it ideal for senior technology professionals with expertise in Java-based application development, cloud technologies, and enterprise messaging platforms.
The Technology Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments supporting critical investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Build scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Framework.
- Develop and support event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Work with AWS cloud services to deploy and manage enterprise applications.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for IBM MQ messaging systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and software delivery processes.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 10–12 years of professional experience in software development and enterprise application support.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Java.
- Expertise in Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience supporting IBM MQ environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and distributed systems.
Domain Knowledge
- Experience in the investment or financial services domain is preferred.
Soft Skills
